When you use the contact form, bundle request form, or institutional quote request form, the site may collect your name, email address, organization, institution type, recipient name and phone number, complete delivery address, selected editions, quantities, and message. This information is used only to respond, calculate shipping and taxes, prepare the quote, fulfill any resulting order, and manage the resulting commercial or publishing relationship.
Technical hosting and form processing
The website is hosted on Netlify and uses Netlify Forms. For quote requests, the necessary data is transmitted to Stripe to create the customer and quotation and to Resend to deliver email and any attached PDF. Each provider processes the technical data required under its own terms and privacy practices. Corner Italiano LLC limits access and use to the purposes described here.
Cookies and measurement
The current website does not use advertising cookies, profiling tools, or third-party analytics. If analytics, newsletters, or advertising services are added later, this notice and any required consent mechanism will be updated before activation.
External links and purchases
Amazon purchase buttons lead to an external retailer, which independently governs data processing, payment, shipping, and purchase terms. Standard institutional requests may automatically generate a Stripe quote delivered by email; requests involving tax exemption, vendor requirements, or other special elements are reviewed before issue. The quote form does not collect card numbers or other payment details.
Retention
Messages are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, unless legal or administrative obligations require a different period.
Rights and requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information submitted through this website by emailing info@corneritaliano.com. Requests will be assessed under the applicable law and subject to any legitimate retention obligations.

Stripe payments and bundle delivery
Direct bundle payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects email, phone number, billing or shipping address, and payment details under its own privacy notice. Corner Italiano LLC does not receive or store the full card number. We receive the order details, contact information, and address needed for support, accounting, and fulfillment.
To fulfill an order, Corner Italiano LLC may enter the recipient name, delivery address, and phone number in Amazon KDP or another print-on-demand provider. Those providers process the information required to print, ship, and manage delivery.
